This Saturday, April 10, 2010 the Wachovia Tar Heel 10 Miler, organized by Endurance Magazine, will take place in downtown Chapel Hill. This historic running event, with a record 2000 runners, will start on the UNC Campus and run through downtown and a few historic neighborhoods before finishing in Kenan Stadium.
The impact on downtown should be relatively minimal and early (the race takes place from 7:30 am -9:30 am), however we want to make sure you are aware of traffic detours on Saturday morning.
