Summer is quickly approaching and we are offering many programs to keep you and your family safe and healthy! Summer camp is a necessity for many parents and we have several excellent camps to choose from! Also, we are offering swim lessons, youth sports, youth fitness, gymnastics, skating, cheer, roller hockey and more!
 

Crazy Hair, Raises Crazy Money

Look at my crazy hair, oh by the way, do you have a quarter to spare? Teddy Bear Academy asked parents to reach into their pockets, purses and change drawers to raise money for the YMCA Strong Families Campaign. Teachers and students alike participated in crazy activities all week in order to show our members our dedication as an organization to raise money for this campaign. Teddy Bear raised over $1,100! Crazy!

 
Children's Art Auction

Art Auction 

Shawn Kiel, Indiantown Executive Director, holds up a piece of art work created by one of the children who attend the YMCA in Indiantown to be auctioned off. The annual Children's Art Auction raises money to help fund our Strong Families Campaign. This year's auction was the best ever!

The YMCA's 8 and under Hockey Team, show off their first place trophies won at the Iron Man Hockey Tournament held at YMCA SportsWorld on March 8-9.

All the children that attended the annual Healthy Kids Day Event at the YMCA got a special balloon and a warm hug.

David Jezek, came to work for our YMCA as Vice President / Chief Operating Officer a little over five years ago. David previously worked for YMCAs in  Corsicana, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, Baton Rouge, LA, and Jacksonville, FL. Like his father and older brother before him, David's long-term career goal was to one day lead a YMCA as CEO.
