NRCLC is an Authorized Tesing Center NR Computer Learning Center (NRCLC) is Prometric, Pearson and Certiport authorized testing center. We are open to anyone interested in testing for their Certification in:
- Microsoft Office (MOS/MCAS)
- MCTS, MCPD, MCP, MCAD, MCSD, MCITP, MCSA
- Cisco
- CompTIA
- Adobe and more...
We have also recently been authorized for two more tests designed for high school/college students or anyone interested in demonstrating his/her qualifications in emerging technologies. These certifications include Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) and Adobe Certified Associate. IC3 is recognied in United States by the National Skill Standards Board (NSSB).

Why should you get IC3 Certification
If you're focusing on a future in computers or any field that requires the use of computer skills then the Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) is for you. The IC3 Certification consists of 3 Certification exams. IC3 test covers following areas:
- Computing Fundamentals - cover topics related to the foundational understanding of computing.
- Living Online - cover topics related to working in an Internet or networked environment.
- Key Applications - cover topics related to popular word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications and the common features of Microsoft desktop applications.

About Adobe Certified Associate Certification This certification validates entry-level skills needed to plan, design, build, and maintain effective communications by using different forms of digital media.
Adobe offers three areas in which you can gain certification for entry-level skills. These are:
- Web Communication using Adobe® Dreamweaver
- Rich Media Communication using Adobe® Flash
- Visual Communication using Adobe® Photoshop
