We hope you had a great summer!  Ours sure seemed to go by quickly!  Our summer classes and camps were lots of fun.  And we had a great trip to New York City in June with some of our dancers and their moms!  Two of our teachers had weddings this summer.  Ms Penny and Ms Molly are both now married.  Congratulations to both of them!  Ms Sarah has moved back to Ohio and will be back on staff.  All in all a very busy summer. 

 

To keep you informed on all that goes on at MDC we will continue to send out monthly newsletters by email throughout the school year.  Our website and our Facebook page are also great sources of updates.

 If you misplaced your confirmation and need to check on your schedule you can sign on to your account any time to do that.  Go to www.masondance.com and click on the P in the upper right corner to reach the account portal log in screen (shown above).  If you don't remember your password, there is a link to send it to you.  You can also update your account and student details, update your credit card number, make a payment or add classes from your account portal.  (screen shown below)  You cannot drop classes online.  You'll need to contact our office to do that.
For those of you who registered in the past week or so, if you have not yet received your confirmation you can still sign on as described to check on your account.

Reminder of Payment Options

 

Details went out with class confirmations about choosing to have your monthly payments drawn from your checking account or posted to a credit card or paying for the year in full at a discounted rate.

Our tuition & fees for the year are not by months but by the entire season. All fees for the year are added together- registration, tuition, costume & recital fees- and divided into 10 equal payments.  First deposit payment is due within a week of receiving your detailed confirmation; remaining 9 payments due one per month September through May.  All 10 payments throughout the season are the same.  Payment #2 is due at the beginning of September.

For those registering just prior to the start of classes payments will be divided by 9 so that you do not have 2 due on top of each other.  Anyone registering after Aug 18 we already put your installments in 9 payments.  Anyone who registered between Aug 11-18 if you would prefer to switch to 9 payments instead of 10 let us know and we can make that adjustment.  Payments will be slightly higher but you will not have 2 due back to back.

Don't forget to check your shoes before classes start.  Kids tend to have a growth spurt over the summer down time.  If you've already been in to be fitted and ordered shoes, many of those have arrived.  More are coming in regularly. 

We have updated our hip-hop shoe style for girls.  We will be using a gray canvas split sole dance sneaker.  Sizing samples have been ordered and should be in this week.

Returning Families who registered between July 21-Aug 15 following that up with first payment by the due date may receive an MDC dance bag OR a credit for $10 off in the MDC shop.  


The fine print-  The credit is a one time use for Returning Families only.  No refunds will be given if you spend less than $10.  Sorry this credit cannot be used towards account balances.  Credit is only given to Returning families who registered and PAID their 1st budget billing payment or annual payment in full on time as detailed above.  Registration without timely payment does not qualify.  One coupon and/or One bag per Family.
