We hope you've had an enjoyable summer.  We've had another very busy one!  Our summer classes are just winding down.  They were full and lots of fun!  We've also been working on some little spruce up projects around the studio to make things nicer for the start of fall classes. 

To keep you informed on all that goes on at MDC we will continue to send out monthly newsletters by email throughout the school year.  Our website and our Facebook page are also great sources of updates.

You should have received a confirmation by email.  I have more going out this evening.  If you have registered and NOT received a confirmation including billing information please give us a call so we can check on it.  Before classes start I will send everyone another confirmation just as a reminder of when your classes are.  We also send out the confirmations to be sure we have all your current contact information for both mom and dad, student's birthday, school & grade, etc.  

Statements for September will go out on August 22-23.

Time is running short!  Quite a few of our classes are already full and many are very nearly so.  Check our schedule online and get registered today.  We'd love to have you back with us again.

Pre-Pro Ballet Students- We are working on Nutcracker casting now so that we can get started right away.  If you aren't registered yet but are planning to, please do so today!

Payment Options
 
Look for details to go out with statements about choosing to have your monthly payments drawn from your checking account or posted to a credit card.

We started a new payment system at the beginning of last season for those paying in installments rather than for the entire year up front.  To recap how the installment system works- Our tuition & fees for the year are not by months but by the entire season. All fees for the year are added together- registration, tuition, costume & recital fees- and divided into 10 equal payments.  First deposit payment is due within a week of receiving your detailed confirmation; remaining 9 payments due one per month September through May.  All 10 payments throughout the season are the same.

The only difference to the above will be for those registering just prior to or after the start of classes.  Depending on start date we will give late-starters the option to double up at the start but keep the rest of their payments lower OR divide by less number of payments, which will of course make them higher than if divided by ten.

recital 2010 Recital DVDs - So Sorry for the Delay!! 

If you ordered a recital DVD they will be in the office for pick up when classes resume.  We will have a few extras on hand if you did not pre-order.  Any prepaid DVDs not picked up by the end of September will be mailed out to you. 

Again our apologies for the delay getting them ready for you.  After the crazy hectic past 16 months with the move last summer and working out the kinks in the new building, I just needed to spend a bit more time with family and my new grandson Sam this summer so I am running way behind getting them finished up. 

Don't forget to check your shoes before classes start.  Please come in the next couple weeks to be fitted if you need new ones.  That way we can get them ordered and have them waiting for you to pick up on your first day.  If you wait until the first day of class to be fitted we may not be able to fill your order right away.   Plus it is very hectic in the office that first couple weeks of class!  Better to do it ahead of the rush if possible.

The credit can be used for any merchandise in our shop- shoes, tights, leotards, dance bags, etc.  
 
 
The fine print-  This is a one time use credit.  No refunds will be given if you spend less than $10.  Sorry this credit cannot be used towards account balances.  Credit is only given to returning families who registered and PAID their 1st budget billing payment on time.  Registration without timely payment does not qualify.  One credit per family.
