Hello All,
I'm marveling at the sheer volume of information moving through my brain these days. It's so compelling that when I witnessed my trains of thought (yes, plural) I was shocked and heard myself say: "Lucrezia, what ARE you thinking?" I reminded myself that "As you think so shall you flow and go."
There is quantifiable electromagnetic energy that is being created
whenever we think anything. I suspect this is where the phrase, "energy follows our thoughts" comes from. Once the "Aha!" moment occurs, the light bulb goes off in our brain and we become inspired with emotional energy which charges our "thought" so that it can manifest. When the neurons of our brain fire off with this inspiration approximately -55 millivolts of electricity move through each neuron concerned with that inspiration and energizes our nerves and our entire human system.1
This electrical output is fuel. This fuel is energizing the creation of what we're thinking/feeling. We're like a lighthouse, pulsing out this energy and attracting those people, places and things that help us manifest our inspirations into our reality.
What's happening in your reality? What thoughts are you thinking and what feelings are fired up within you that can enhance or detract from your daily life experience?
Most of us are battered around by our thinking. I certainly am at times. How about you? I am noticing something else these days. More people are actively taking responsibility for their thoughts/emotions, changing their minds and shifting their experiences. I'm noticing people are not wallowing long in negative thinking. I'm witnessing people participating less and less in divisive, oppressive commentary. I feel people are choosing thoughts that fire off better feelings or conversely they are choosing better feelings and firing off positive thoughts. I am. Are you? Will you?
Our subtle energy matrix is an integral part of our human bio-energy system. It is comprised of four basic aspects called the meridian, chakra, hara and corestar systems plus additional systems which are all affected by what we put our attention on, what is on our mind. Responding to our ability to manage our thinking is taking responsibility of managing our subtle energy system which directly affects the health and wellbeing of our human bio-energy system.
Managing our thinking is not easy to do but it isn't hard either. It simply takes practice. It's a muscle of focus that needs to be exercised. Once it's in shape then the strength of it is at your disposal.
In this month's subtle energy exercise you can strengthen this muscle of focus, experience the power of your thought and feeling and shift yourself, changing your mind. But don't believe me on this, test it for yourself. Try this exercise and discover how you respond to your ability to manage your energy, your self and your experience of life and living.

The Inner Smile Exercise
This exercise is an ancient Taoist practice that is simply powerful and powerfully simple.
You can do this exercise for 1 minute or 1 hour depending on what time you have.
Before you read on and experience this subtle energy exercise, prepare yourself. Ensure you are sitting with your spine erect, within your own range of comfort, and settle in. Take a few deep abdominal breaths and begin to turn your awareness inward. Assess how your are feeling physically, mentally, emotional and spiritually. Use a scale of 1 to 10.
Let's continue:
Allow a smile to stretch across your face. Even if you aren't in the mood to smile ask your facial muscles to shift into a smile.
Continue to smile and look within. Say to your self silently "I smile." Notice the energy that results from that statement. Take a few moments.
Gaze upon your belly and all the internal organs that are there. Smile at your belly and organs either collectively or individually. "I'm smiling at my belly, at my organs" Whatever you have time for. "I'm smiling at my belly, at my organs" Send beams of your smile to your liver, gallbladder, kidneys, bladder, small & large intestine pancreas, spleen.
What do you feel, sense, experience?
Shift and smile at your pelvis and all aspects of your pelvis from your bottom to your sexual center. "I'm smiling at all aspects of my pelvis from my bottom to my sexual center."
What do you feel, sense, experience?
Continue to radiate your smile to each of the following pausing and sensing your energy after each one:
Continue to radiate your smile to your legs, knees ankles and feet. Continue to radiate your smile to your chest, ribcage, heart and lungs. Continue to radiate your smile to your shoulders, arms, elbows wrists and hands. Continue to radiate your smile to your throat and neck. Continue to radiate your smile to your head, brain, eyes, nose and mouth. Continue to radiate your smile to your entire back of your body. Continue to radiate your smile to your entire body as a whole.
Just rest and be.
As you begin to shift into your normal activity pause and ask yourself: How do I feel now as compared to when I began? Same, worse or better? Notice what arises.
Did you change your mind? Did your shift into a better feeling? Are you are responding to your ability to manage your energy system? What did you learn?
