People are catching on...I read more references in blogs and papers to our long-time mantra of "You Never Stop Learning" and I guess that's because it's so true!
Because we CAN each learn for the rest of lives, I want you to give serious consideration to investing more in yourself than ever before - not huge-no-way-I-afford-it-$$$$, but the use of strategic learning resources that will help you target what you (or someone who gives you genuinely helpful feedback) know needs work.
Be on the lookout for new emails coming to you about learning resources and tools you can use to:
- become aware of your own leadership strengths and what you could best work on for more effective leadership
- improve your business results in the workplace
- develop stronger, more credible relationships with your team members
- create respectful workplaces for each team member
- understand your responsibilities and your role in leading others
- stimulate your own professional and personal growth as a leader and as a person
- target specific areas of performance for improvement
