DiSC® Classic has been a successful part of leadership development for a long time!

Profiles are specialized for Leaders, Sales, Management, Workplace (Everyone) to maximize results in those positions; there is even a 360 degree assessment available
In-depth and easily customizable
You can produce any ED profile for someone who has previously responded to another ED profile (Ex: Chris responded to and received an ED Management Profile, she can also receive an ED Workplace Profile without "re-responding")
ED gives a circumplex representation of DiSC behaviors versus the graph display - this provides more detailed information
You can include the amazing Comparison Reports that allow two people to view, then discuss their differences and similarities
Everything DISC profiles and reports are available online via the EPIC platform
