Greetings!

This is a very unusual email for you to receive from Chris or Bob! But a recent "client-attraction" guru I pay attention to suggested that most of us in business overlook our friends and family when it comes to keeping people informed about our business - and by overlooking friends and family we may miss a real potential for future business.
 
Of course, we may also just annoy said friends and family!
 
So let's give this a go one time and who knows where it may lead?!?!?
Who We Are & What We Do
ALD has been in business for 20+ years and we've generally assumed you all understood - at least vaguely - what we do, but that could certainly be a faulty assumption.

We're in the business of enabling people to learn to connect with others to optimize their own company's bottom line.

We coach, train, facilitate and provide learning resources for our target market: Leaders, Managers, Supervisors, Learning & Development Directors, HR Directors and Team Members. 

Because people Never Stop Learning - even as experienced managers - we're there to develop the skills leaders must master to be effective.ALD Logo
 
Why? Because this is what we learned to do best in over 20 years each at Xerox - we have experience and know-how that translates into understanding how to get things done through other people as managers and leaders. (Never learned the art of salesmanship specifically and that's why I listen to "client-attraction" gurus!)
 
Of course, the selling goes on each time any one of us is in front of other people. That has created good fortune for Bob and I and allowed us to have a healthy business of referrals all these years. But many of our contacts are retiring (!!) and now we're tapping into younger generations and markets who need exactly the same kind of education!

    I would never have considered sending this if someone with better marketing ideas hadn't suggested it! Somehow we tend to keep family and friends separate from work life, but you all do represent a WIDE range of possibilities!
