Greetings!

One of those pressing questions that we all know keep CEO's awake at night is always, how do we improve the bottom line?

In the learning and development business you know that belt-tightening is going on everywhere and it may be affecting your department.

So ask yourself, what have I done to educate my CEO about this department's actual contribution to the bottom line, to real results?

Or have you avoided Level 3 and Level 4 evaluation because you fear the results? Because you haven't been asked to quantify training effectiveness? Because you're not sure how to quantify effectiveness? Has there been no effort to fund evaluation of learning?
Integrated Learning Process  OR...Make Your Training Stick!

We can help you answer the questions through our continuing discussion about how to create a learning system that will:
  1. Provide a return on your investment
  2. Create permanent behavior change AND
  3. Influence the bottom line with positive results

I want to tie all the pieces together with the logical flow of the process AND the tools and resources available to assist you. This puts you in a strong position to answer that question, what has learning and development done to improve the bottom line results?

T2i steps with tools

If you haven't devoted planning to this strategy, we suggest you take the first step! Your job, your organization's success can depend on it. Get your organization on board...read more about the first step: commit

Though not itemized in the diagram, we couldn't (we wouldn't!!) conduct a management or leadership session without the use of DiSC. It's too important for everyone to understand how his or her behaviors impact others AND how DiSC Facilitator Report Coverto adapt behaviors to work more effectively with direct reports, bosses, co-workers, and customers. With a range of DiSC profiles available, we'd like to emphasize two in this discussion:

There's the comprehensive DiSC Management edition and the the new DiSC Workplace edition - you can educate your entire DiSC Facilitator Report Coveremployee population in a common understanding of the language of work-related behaviors and their effects.

In fact so powerful is the new Everything DiSC Workplace Profile, We Dare to Compare DiSC & MBTI!!!
MBTI is a valuable resource many are experienced with yet DiSC is equally valuable in the right application - so
when would DiSC the best choice?

Read a sample Everything DiSC Workplace Profile and judge for yourself -
it is powerful AND immediately applicable

NOTE: There are other versions of DiSC available and some are in Spanish. The Leadership Curriculum Essentials (12 basic courses) is also available in Spanish.

There you have it - simply outlined and ready to go - the process and the tools that can answer the tough question, how do I improve the bottom line results?

Sincerely,

Christine Johnson, President
