It's summer now, and we've been told that while we were in California, there was a decent amount of 3H weather here! In fact, there was more than we'd like over the last few days, with more on the way! Many of us are out there training for races or other goals and the heat and humidity can take a toll on our body and drain us of energy and the desire to persist in the heat. The article below will give you some tips as to how to boost your endurance, hot weather or anytime of the year!

Many of you are familiar with, or are alumni of, our popular No Boundaries beginner 5K program. Past participants, as well as those who have already run a 5K, express interest to us that they want to take their running to the next level, to the 10K distance. FLEET FEET Mahwah, will offer a No Boundaries follow-up, "Running 101" a 10K program later this summer. This program will be a bit different than No Boundaries in that it will be for runners who have at least a 5k distance base built up. It will also include track workouts to teach you how to improve your times and reduce the risk of injury.
