Tired of running alone? Need a little motivation? Want some running buddies? Then join us at FLEET FEET on Wednesday mornings at 7:45AM for a Fun Run. Typically, our runs are easy paced, averaging between 3 and 4 miles and are open to everyone! Make new friends and stay in shape at the same time! Our marathon training program has ended and our Sunday group long runs will be open to anyone who wishes to run. They will resume shortly, and be held periodically throughout the month. Keep watch in this newsletter for the dates they resume. You can also click on the calendar on our website at anytime between newsletters, for dates, times and venues for when they will be held. If the weather ever makes you question if a run will be held, please check out the home page of our website @ www.fleetfeet mahwah.com , for up to the minute status of our run. You can also follow us on Twitter if there's doubt about the status of a run.
Each week that we send out our newsletter we try, over the course of time, to cover many issues that you'll find interesting and helpful as a runner, walker or fitness enthusiast.
