 Once upon a time, at the bright young age of 21, an irreverent and enterprising New York socialite named Lilly eloped with publishing mogul and citrus heir Peter Pulitzer.
Ditching the city for sunny Florida, the couple embarked on a glamorous and colorful life in Palm Beach. In need of a day job, Lilly opened a simple juice stand in 1959.
She soon transformed her citrus stained clothing into a line of brightly colored shift dresses in an array of cheerful prints. Her designs quickly became the unofficial uniform of America's splashy resort towns. Fast forward 50+ years and Lilly Pulitzer's prints and colors continue to inspire all to lead a colorful life. We LOVE to add a spicy twist to what is often considered a classic look. Creating an individualized design plan for you makes the difference between a ho-hum room and a wow room.
This home belongs to a busy young couple with four children under seven years old. Their "must haves" were durability, comfort, beauty and safety for the little ones.
 We started with an 8' x 10' (nearly indestructible) area rug which brought inviting colors into the room. Inserting a Luxe Hold Plus reversible pad between the rug and the carpeting means the difference between an area rug that shifts and one that stays safely in place.
