We Were Green When Green Wasn't Cool

Pardon me.... my Nashville  roots are showing. Apologies go to Barbara Mandrell.                           But the truth is when we choose to re-cycle, re-purpose or re-use something, we are being smart consumers. Before you throw away your great aunt's camelback settee or your Mom's impossibly outdated lamp with the drum shade - stop and ask "how can I make this work in a new way?"  

Sometimes it takes a fresh eye to see new possibilities.   As a Designer,  we're trained to think about form and function.  Let's remember the word fun is contained in function.  Be bold - mix it up a little.

 Envision your aunt's settee tailored with a fabulous new fabric. Say goodbye to the diamond- tufted back.  Relax into four down-filled back cushions instead.
