Greetings!

Here at the Catholic Apostolate Center, we continually strive to share with you the most current and valuable resources to assist you in your spiritual growth, as seen in previous newsletters and daily on our Facebook and Twitter newsfeeds. This is why we're excited to announce our upcoming three-part webinar series, "New Evangelization 101", which will continue this mission while incorporating many of these previously published and promoted resources.

Led by Catholic Apostolate Center Director, Fr. Frank Donio, S.A.C., this webinar series seeks to develop a foundational understanding of The New Evangelization so don't worry if you're not a theological scholar! Throughout the series we'll be incorporating discussion amongst staff members, the audience, and even taking YOUR questions.

The three parts of the series will be featured live on June 16, 17 and 19 beginning at 8pm EDT each evening. Only lasting approximately 45 minutes, you can still catch your favorite tv shows! Click here to sign up and join the webinar! Once you've registered you'll even be able to access recordings of the presentations in case you miss one.

As always, but especially in this upcoming webinar, we are looking for your feedback! Please consider joining us for one, two or all three of these evenings and let us know what you think.

May the love of Christ urge us on!

In Christ,
The Catholic Apostolate Center Team
"New Evangelization 101"
Webinar Series

What is the New Evangelization? Why is it suddenly so important? How does it affect me?

Fr. Frank Donio, S.A.C.will be answering these questions and more as we work to lay a foundational understanding of the New Evangelization and what's not so "new" about it. Not a theological scholar? No problem! Throughout these three webinars we'll work together to develop a better understanding of Church teaching on the New Evangelization. We'll also be answering YOUR questions!

Each presentation of this three-part series of webinars will begin at 8:00 p.m. EDT and will last approximately 45 minutes:

Monday, July 16th - New Evangelization - What is it and why is it important?
Tuesday, July 17th - "Not Just Technical Tricks" - The New Road to Emmaus
Thursday, July 19th - Baptized? Evangelize! - 10 Ways to Live Well the Year of Faith

To register, click here and then click the "New Evangelization 101" link.

Can't make all of the presentations? Not a problem! Once you register on the site above you'll have access to all of the webinars so you can play them back and see what you've missed.

Looking for more ways to learn what this New Evangelization is all about? Be sure to listen to His Emminence, Cardinal Donald Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington D.C. in his lecture titled "Why a New Evangelization Now?" In this presentation, he too, helps us gain a greater understanding of what the New Evangelization is and why it is so urgently needed today.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has recently released a resource on the New Evangelization entitled "Disciples Called to Witness". This comprehensive document serves as a guide to understanding and implementing the New Evangelization as it relates to the Church of the United States. An excellent resource, it also links to other great tools to use while seeking to develop a greater understanding of how to live out our lives as apostles of Jesus Christ.

"It's not that the Gospel has changed. It is that we have begun to understand it better."

-Blessed Pope John XXIII
