Feature Video Forgeline's Dave Schardt demonstrates the Center Lock Conversion Package. Available for most cars, this conversion replaces the multiple lug nut mounting system with a single center locking nut on each wheel - identical to those used on the world's most exotic race cars. | | Forgeline Center Lock Conversion |

Though it had undergone extensive lab testing and previous real-world testing under less demanding conditions, the 2012 Rolex 24 at Daytona presented the first opportunity for our new Aluminum Seal Plate system to be used in an endurance competition where teams were truly depending upon it to make fast repairs and put wheels immediately back into service. Several teams took advantage of this upgrade, including the #66 Forgeline TRG Porsche 911 GT. The system worked flawlessly, and the #66 team went on to earn their impressive 7th place finish!

Forgeline's New Concave 3-Piece DE3C
Forgeline is proud to share the newest member of our Concave Series - the 3-piece DE3C wheel! The Forgeline DE3C combines a deep-dish concave profile, an eight-spoke mesh pattern (with full-length spokes that extend all the way through the center's mounting flange), and a deep flat reverse lip on the outer rim shell. And thanks to Forgeline's unique performance-inspired concave design philosophy and racing-style I-beamed spokes, the DE3C delivers both beauty and performance. Forgeline custom-builds the concave DE3C in 18, 19, 20, and 22-inch diameters to fit virtually any application. And just like all Forgeline wheels, the DE3C is fully-customizable in fitment and finish, including center lock applications. Please learn more about the new Forgeline Concave Series DE3C wheel - including sizes and pricing - at www.forgeline.com. Read More...

Forgeline's Big Weekend at Daytona
After a long exciting weekend at the Daytona International Speedway for the 50th Annual Rolex 24 at Daytona, the Forgeline crew has made it back to work and finally caught up on sleep. The 2012 Rolex 24 at Daytona was not only the 50th running of this historic event, but it was also the debut performance of the #66 Forgeline TRG Porsche 911 driven by Forgeline customer Ben Keating (Texas) and an all-star team of drivers including Dominik Farnbacher (Germany), Patrick Pilet (France), and Allan Simonsen (Denmark).
After running as high as second place for awhile on Saturday, at the end of 24 hours, the #66 Forgeline TRG Porsche finished in 7th place, only about 10 minutes behind first (an incredibly short gap for a 24 hour race)! It was fun and exciting to see the Forgeline logo in action on this car, and we look forward to seeing it again at the Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen (June 29 - July 1) and the Super Weekend at The Brickyard (July 27). We are very proud of the efforts displayed by all of the Forgeline teams at Daytona. We extend our congratulations to everyone who accepted the challenge and our thanks and appreciation to every team that trusts Forgeline to carry the load!

Forgeline's Concave Wheels Take Off
Possibly the right product at the right time, Forgeline Motorsports is experiencing great success with our three-piece forged Concave Series wheels, including the CF3C and RB3C.
With their deep concave profiles, Forgeline's Concave Series forged aluminum wheels locate the pad inboard of the outer rim to deliver depth and scale within the wheel center for a modern muscular look. Available in both deep concave profiles (for the most striking appearance) and shallow concave profiles (to create a staggered look or to accommodate narrow or higher-offset applications), these 3-piece wheels are produced using our traditional forging method from 6061-T6 aluminum combined with heat-treated rim-shells and assembled with hidden stainless-steel ARP fasteners and Heli-Coil inserts. And in the spirit of Forgeline's racing and performance heritage, our Concave Series wheels are designed to be as strong and lightweight as possible. While some concave wheel designs from other manufacturers use giant feet at the base of the spokes to create an artificial concave profile (which also weakens the spokes and adds significant unwanted extra weight), Forgeline's concave profiles are done the right way - using meticulous engineering and complex machining processes - to create a true concave center. As a result, they are stronger and lighter than most others on the market. Forgeline custom-builds our concave wheels in 18, 19, 20, and 22-inch diameters to fit virtually any application. And just like all Forgeline wheels, they are fully-customizable in fitment and finish, including center lock applications.
