The ASLM2012 Scientific Program Committee is inviting abstracts with a focus on Laboratory Medicine under the conference theme of "Accurate Laboratory Diagnostics - A Pillar of Quality Health Care".
Abstracts will be peer-reviewed for scientific content and current interest of the topic to the clinical, public health, and scientific laboratory community. All abstracts must be submitted through the ASLM2012 conference website following the guidelines as described for ASLM2012 abstracts.

Abstract Mentor Program
Abstract Mentoring is perfect for the new or less experienced professional
The African Society for Laboratory Medicine is excited to announce the launch of the Abstract Mentor Program for its First International Conference. Less experienced writers and professionals with a desire to submit an abstract to the conference are encouraged to apply. Application deadline is July 16, 2012.
The goal of the program is to provide you with mentorship, pairing you with an experienced researcher who will provide guidance to help you build your skills and finalize and submit your abstract. Presenting your work at ASLM2012 can help you advance your career, get feedback on your research, and communicate your experiences and findings to the laboratory medicine community throughout the African coninent and the world.
