The Public Art Urban Enhancement Program recently initiated an annual Dia de los Muertos Purchase Award. Every year, from now on, members of the Albuquerque Arts Board will choose artwork(s) from the Dia de los Muertos Art Show at the South Broadway Cultural Center for inclusion into the Public art Collection. This year three artworks were chosen, two by artist Justine Ortiz and one by Henry Morales. The show runs through November 26th.
