Join the Public Art Urban Enhancement Program as we celebrate the most recent installment of the mosaic tile work at the Convention Center on Saturday, May 21st at 11:00 AM. Lead artist Cassandra Reid will be there to answer questions about the process and future plans and designs for the Convention Center mosaic project. Get On Board the Urban Art 'Trawl on Saturday June 11th

The Public Art Urban Enhancement Program has teamed up with ABQ Trolley Co. to bring you a tour of public art.
Hop on board a completely-custom, uniquely-Albuquerque, open-air trolley for a 75-minute guided tour of Albuquerque's public art. Guided by Becky Holtzman, outreach coordinator for the public art program, the tour will include stories behind some of ABQ's greatest public art pieces.
All tickets are $15. Buy tickets online to guarantee your seat on the Urban Art 'Trawl.'
The tour starts on the west side of the Albuquerque Convention Center (loading zone at 3rd St. & Tijeras NW) at 10:00 AM. The Trolley will be parked at this loading zone approximately 30-minutes before the tour.

Scheduling Issues Prevent Public Art Videos from Airing on GOV TV this past Weekend
Please accept our apologies for the scheduling mix-up this past weekend on GOV TV. Public art videos were supposed to have aired on Sunday the 15th at 7:00. Because of meetings that went longer than expected, the public art videos will air at another time. Stay tuned for announcements in this e-newsletter about future screenings of these public art videos.
