WasteCap News - WasteCap Nebraska Sustainable Business Summit
| |
Bob Willard, a leading expert on quantifying and selling the business value of corporate sustainability strategies, will have practical advice, tools and resources to offer participants at the 2011 WasteCap Nebraska Sustainability Summit, to be held October 12-14, with events in both Lincoln and Omaha.
Executive Director Carrie Hakenkamp says, "When we first contacted Bob for The Sustainable Business Awards Luncheon, we didn't realize we were headed towards planning our first three-day Summit. Bob is committed to sustainability; he wanted to make sure that his trip from Canada to Nebraska was going to generate measurable impact. So, in order to get the most out of his visit, we began sketching out a plan."
The itinerary is up on our website.

According to the Outdoor Advertising Association of American (OAAA), approximately 2,400 of the estimated 400,000 billboards in the United States currently display this technology, but the number is expected to grow as advertisers continue to vie for our attention in an ever-mobile society.
