California voters have a clear choice in this June the 5th primary. They can embrace the Obama administration's Agenda 21 / Wildlands Project spear headed by Senator Feinstein or they can elect Oscar Braun to champion and revive NAWAPA XXl ( North American Water And Power Alliance)Will Californians choose our legendary past and visionary future with contemporary water projects as the Hetch Hetchy Water System and Governor Pat Brown's California Water Project?  Take the NAWAPA XXl Overview Tour.   Imagine How We Built NAWAPA XXl

Water, Water Everywhere, ...But Not Enough To Drink?? Senator Feinstein has spent 42 years as a professional politician out of her 79 years on planted earth. What political legacy did she bring to the U.S. Senate in 1992?  She is credited with being the first San .Francisco mayor who looted the Hetch Hetchy regional water system, diverted millions into city coffers. In 2001 she co-sponsored the boundary expansion of the eighty thousand acre UNESCO Golden Gate Biophere Reserve that now surrounds the #1 terrorist target in all of Northern California...the San Francisco Peninsula Watershed Hetch Hetchy reserviors.  Because of  Feinstein's reckless disreguard for the security of the Bay Areas most vital water resource, our entire Bay Area Economy is at risk of being distroyed by THE PERFECT FIRE STORM.

HR 2842 A Simple and Sensible Bill on Energy Development

As California's Junior Senator in 2012 I will support and fight for H.R. 2842 (Tipton), to allow small hydroelectric generators to be placed in pipelines and canals that have already passed environmental review.   Opposed by the Sierra Club and other environmental groups.  I support the resoluton to make a robust debate possible on this common sense bill.

California May Credit Big Hydro Power to Green Energy Goal

Yesterday, California, the second-largest U.S. hydroelectric producer, would to able to count large water projects toward its goal of having renewable resources supply a third of its power under a bill approved by an Assembly committee. Backers include the California Chamber of Commerce and the Association of California Water Agencies, according to a billanalysis, while opponents include the Sierra Club and other environmental groups. more

S 2122 Defense of Environment and Property Act of 2012

S 2122 "It simply clarifies the definition of navigable waters to mean 'navigable-in-fact' instead of the blurry, arbitrary mush that the EPA now uses to destroy property rights. Sen. Paul has given us a very clever way to get control of the fundamental power of the government instead of going for incremental baby steps that always leave us the loser. Tell Congress: Support S. 2122 to Defend Property Rights

California declares land war on families By Wayne Lusvardi

Everyone knows that California has water wars. But it also has land wars. And one of the biggest battles is the state's land war against zoning ( Agenda 21 aka SB-375) for the suburban single family home. And a war against single-family homes is a war against suburban families. Demographer Wendell Cox has recently compiled persuasive statistics that California has "declared war" on the single-family detached home.  more
