DiFi's Water Wars Will Destroy Bay Area Economy
The San Francisco Bay Area Water Users Public Opinion Survey On Watershed Management Issues in 1994 was clear and unambiguous. "The People surveyed placed water quality and environmental protection first. As to say which goal of watershed management they thought most important, 71% chose insuring water quality; 21% said protecting the natural environment; 5%, reducing costs to the costumer; 3% providing access for recreation and education."
Does the public want greater access to the watersheds? "A large majority (80%) of the sample agreed with the proposition, "There are many other places in the Bay Area for people like me to go for outdoor recreation: the Alameda and Peninsula watersheds are not needed for that purpose. " Senator Feinstein, the entire California Democrat Congressional Delegation, Secretory of the Interior Ken Salazar and President Obama in December 2011 included the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Peninsula Watershed into the UNESCO Golden Gate Biosphere Reserve.
Senator Feinstein and the Obama administration's Ken Salazar are determined to pursue their Agenda 21 global governance strategy by doubling down and restarting the California Water Wars.
