It just never stops. Never, never, never. The attacks on California taxpayers by the Looting Government Class ( LGC ) just keep coming. Check out the latest Internet tax scheme here! Howard Javis Taxpayers Association blog insightfully lays out LGC current tax scheme Capone Would Be Proud op/ed. So MB, I've decided to do something about out of control LGC tax creating spree by amending my 9ther Initiative that will repeal ALL real estate taxes in the Bear Flag Republic....for ever! No energy taxes, no gas tax, no cap & tax taxes, etc. The 9ther Initiative will provide California taxpayers permanent relief when it comes to their unalienable natural rights endowed by our Creator and secured under the 9th amendment of our U.S. Constitution. This is the "end of the beginning" of your forty two year progressive political legacy Moon Beam. The 9ther CA Tea Party Posse is committed to restoring the founding principles and values that our great Bear Flag Republic embraced in 1846 upon joining the United States of America.
Are You 9ther? A "9ther" believes the following:
- That all men possess the unalienable right to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them.
- We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
- A "9ther" believes that there is a long tradition of unenumerated rights protected by the United States Constitution.
- A "9ther" acknowledges that the Constitution does not grant rights, it only recognizes them; and the Ninth Amendment reminds us that there are many more human rights than can be listed in just a handful of Amendments.
Our 9ther CA Bill of Rights campaign strategy is to get 250,000 9ther activist to contribute $20 to the Natural Law PAC in order to raise the five million dollars necessary to retain professional petition signatures gatherers. I've been told by initiative "Pros" that we need at least 1.2 million registered voter signatures to qualify our initiative for the statewide election. The 9ther CA Tea Party Posse only has two goals Moon Beam. They are to defeat ALL your public employee union's inspired tax initiatives and make sure the People's CA Bill of Rights qualifies for the November 2012 ballot.
