Dear Governor Moon Beam ,
How can we get California back on course?
In my humble opinion, by returning to the timeless principles and practical wisdom that have been the source of America's monumental success. By knowing and believing in ten core principles that define us as a nation and inspire us as a people-liberty and equality, natural rights and the consent of the governed, private property and religious freedom, the rule of law and constitutionalism, all culminating in self-government at home and independence in the world. I have revised the ballot initiative that I presented to you last Spring for Title & Summary. This year I have re-titled it the California Bill of Rights Initiative 2.0 . The goal of the initiative is the same as last year; to secure the unalienable Constitutional natural rights for all Californians endowed by our Creator, from conception to natural death.
I realize that I not a professional initiative writer, but after observing how the massive production process of the "bill factory" at the Capitol can be considered a success if quantity is the goal, rather than quality, I could clearly do no worse. Cal-Watchdog reported this morning, more than 2,000 bills have already been introduced since January 1, and the quality appears to be lacking. For the third consecutive year, attempting to address this production and substance problem, Sen. Mark Wyland, R-Escondido, has introduced three Senate Constitutional Amendment bills to put a halt to the bill production process in order to get some meaningful legislative work done. I fear that Senator Wyland's heroic efforts will continued to be block at every turn by the despotic Democrat regime in Sacramento. Senator Mark Wyland has inspired me to carry on with my initiative struggle for getting California back on course.
Our campaign strategy is to get 250,000 California Tea Party Posse activist to contribute $20 to the Natural Law PAC in order to raise the five million dollars necessary to retain professional petition signatures gatherers. I've been told by initiative "Pros" that we need at least 1.2 million registered voter signatures to qualify our initiative. Hopefully, your inspirational tax initiatives and my CA Bill of Rights will qualify for this November 2011 ballot. Best of luck MB
Respectfully Yours, Oscar Knows
