Dear Governor Moon Beam , Have You Seen The $7200 Question Poll Results?
The California Watershed Posse is a private sector non-profit California Resource Management and Planning Council (CRMP) founded in 1995. In 2005 while reviewing some Heritage Foundation resource documents regarding the Endangered Species Act, I came upon an unique inspirational policy paper authored by Becky Norton Dunlop, former Secretary of Natural Resources for the Commonwealth of Virginia from 1994 through 1998. In her policy paper, Secretary Dunlop laid out the Guiding Principles for Managing Natural Resources at a State Level by which she would manage the natural resources of the Commonwealth of Virginia. I have embodied these five guiding principles into the CA Bill of Rights initiative.
With the passage of the CA Bill of Rights initiative in the 2012 election cycle, Californians will rid themselves of the infamous radical Progressive regulatory schemes that have destroyed our golden state such as the California Environmental Bill of Rights (CEQA), the California Coastal Act (Prop. 20), the Global Warming Solution Act (AB-32) and the California Sustainable Development (SB-375). California will become the first state in the union to elevate unalienable human rights above inalienable political environmental laws.
How do we protect California's future? I believe future prosperity can only be attained with small government, free enterprise, Public Private Partnerships (P3) financing and the Privatization of Water and Energy generaating Natural Resources in California.
