I am confident that your Chief of Staff Nancy McFadden has informed you that the Republican Caucus leadership has declared that there will be
"NO SIDE DEALS" regarding your tax extension budget proposals. Ergo, no Special June Election being the current political reality, I have no choice but to withdraw my "
Quid Pro Quo " to place my
CA Bill of Rights Initiative along side your $50 billion tax extension initiative this June.
Not to worry! Your very well funded election victory in November clearly indicates that all California's public employee unions trust your judgement and leadership with regards on how you'll cut $30 billion from your bloated draft budget without touching their
modest health benefits and
pension plans. Now the time has come to show ALL Californians that you can walk the talk too! Good luck.

SECTION 1 (a ).
