April 2011 – "The Power of Partnership"

A Note from the President: Timothy Martin

As we are now well launched into 2011, I am reminded of a topic that continually energizes me and the Neoscope team – "Achieving Landmark Growth Through the Power of Partnerships." Successfully expanding and supporting a geographically dispersed business requires big picture vision, real world analysis, pragmatic planning, and a relentless focus on flawless execution. It also requires acute attentiveness when it comes to our number one priority, servicing our clients in a relevant and valuable way.

I am very pleased to announce Neoscope’s expansion into the Northeastern Ohio region with the opening of our new offices in Cleveland only a few months ago. Our entire team is excited about the opportunity to now serve this entire region with sales and support staff who carry forth our vision and core values, as well as provide added support for our corporate headquarters in New Hampshire. Among their priorities will be enhanced service to school systems, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.

Speaking of which, I am equally pleased to announce our new corporate headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. We will enjoy a new level of flexibility to better serve our clients throughout New England.

The recent growth we are experiencing is largely fueled by our new and existing strategic partnerships. We have always held the conviction that we are stronger, better, and broadened by the power of strategic partnerships. Partnerships stimulate budding relationships, broader horizons, and most importantly allow us to offer our clients a more robust, well-rounded portfolio of services to meet their needs on their terms.

Among the most notable and exciting new partnerships that we have entered into is that of our new partnership with Allworx and the opportunity to now offer our clients integrated IT and business telecommunications solutions. Additionally, our entry into the Healthcare industry with the launch of Neoscope Healthcare supported by strategic partnerships with gloStream and Allscripts – industry-leading Electronic Medical Records solution providers. We will be featuring much more information on these partnerships and the opportunities they offer in coming issues.

With all this said, our most productive investment remains our people. It is through the dedication, skills, and initiative of our people that Neoscope Technology Solutions has prospered and will continue to move ahead.

As a result, we must adapt to this New IT Economy. With this new reality in mind, Neoscope business models will now place a renewed emphasis on services targeted at helping our customers innovate while reducing their costs like never before.
