PAETEC Acquisition of Caviler

Dear Valued Channel Partner,

Earlier today, PAETEC closed on the transaction to acquire Cavalier Telephone.  Our combined companies now have one of the largest fiber networks of any competitive carrier and nationwide presence with increased density in the Eastern United States.  But most importantly, we believe we're now better positioned to serve you with more innovative products and unmatched support than ever before in our history.

Whether you're joining us from Cavalier or PAETEC, we'll soon be announcing new product availability across both companies.  In the interim, please continue to do business as usual with your assigned channel manager.  Over the short term, we'll continue to operate under the names PAETEC and Cavailier until we consolidate under the name, PAETEC.

Today is a significant landmark on our path, but just one of many in our history and surely there will be more to come.  And through it all, please know that our commitment to serve you and our mutual customers is unwavering.
