Greetings!
Did you know that in order to apply for a federal grant, you and/or your organization must complete the Grants.gov registration process. This on-line process can take between three to five business days or as long as four weeks if all steps are not completed in a timely manner. So please register now! We do not know if the anticipated HCR funding will require registration on Grants.gov - but if you ever might want to apply for federal funding, it will be easier when that time comes if you are already registered. Here is a link to get you started. http://www.grants.gov/applicants/get_registered.jsp |

"Our school-based health centers provide critically important care to children in our state. The economic climate is really hurting our community's ability to support these services. I hope that Sen./Rep. X will work to fund the authorized program. Please let me know what his position is on this."

Oregon Health Authority wants to meet you
Jeremy L. Vandehey, Community Engagement Coordinator for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the nine-member, citizen Oregon Health Policy Board (OHPB), will be traveling to communities around the state in June and July to meet one-on-one and obtain input regarding health reform in Oregon for the Board.
The purpose of the trip is to provide an additional input opportunity, particularly for communities around the state that cannot easily access the Board meetings, while also setting the stage for future meetings and engagement opportunities throughout the year.
