| Greetings! |
Technology can be exciting and confusing at the same time, yet we all have to admit we need it. Do you have a Facebook or Facebook fanpage account? If you don't, do you think you need it?
Recently, when our friend Katie Zook from church was trapped in the Haiti earthquake, there were hundreds of people in town anxious to learn of her wellbeing. We waited patiently for news reports, but when her parents posted updates on their Facebook account, it was then I realized the real power of this technology. News not only travels fast, but can target specific people as well.
If you are still on the fence about the Facebook question or would like to know how it can improve you business, then I suggest you come to the next luncheon on Tuesday, April 13 for some straight answers. We will also be presenting information on the new Microsoft Windows 7 operating system and how it can improve you computer usage. See you then.

| CASINO ROYALE DINNER & AUCTION |
|
Chamber President Julie Morse has been busy procuring amazing treasures for the April 10th Casino Royale Live & Silent Auction. "There is something here for everyone", Julie shared with fellow Board Members.
This is going to be a glamour filled evening with a hint of James Bond around every corner. And the Auction Committee has a few tricks up their sleeves to make this a fabulous event no one will soon forget.
Today, April 2nd is the DROP DEAD DEADLINE for registration. That is registration with payment! Please contact the Chamber office immediately 360-659-5453.
You really do not want to miss this year's Auction. The Chamber Board of Directors will be awarding the Citizen of the Year Award to one extremely deserving recipient.
For those of you with your dinner reservations in hand, we look forward to seeing you on April 10th at 5:30 p.m. for the Champagne Reception.
