EMERGENCY FORMS DUE
The Emergency Form is our primary source for contact phone numbers and medical information for your child in case of an emergency.
If you have not submitted a new Emergency Form for the school year 2012-2013 for each of your children attending HAMC, please submit them to the office as soon as possible. Forms are available online using the above link, or contact Michele in the Main Office to have blank forms sent home with your child.

AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM TEST
The HAMC Automated Information System is the method by which you will be informed in the event that school is cancelled or delayed.
- In the event of a school cancellation or delay, this system will deliver an automated telephone message (possibly in the late evening or early morning) to ONE phone number per family.
- We will conduct a test of our Automated Information System tomorrow, Thursday, September 20th around 2pm. Your home number as listed in the HAMC Directory will receive this message unless you indicate otherwise.
- Contact Chris in the office if:
- you DO NOT receive an automated message tomorrow
- you wish to receive the automated message at a phone number other than the one listed for your family in the HAMC directory
- you DO NOT wish to receive any automated calls

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR PIZZA LUNCH
Please volunteer to help out for an hour on a Thursday (11am-12noon). Contact Adeena Hudes.

8th GRADE ISRAEL TRIP FUND RAISERS
- Breakfast for Lunch - Friday, September 21st and Friday, September 28th - Bag Lunch: bagel w/ butter or cream cheese, fruit, chips & water - $5
- Recycle your unwanted items - Clean out your garages and basements and donate your saleable items to the HAMC!
- On Sunday, October 28th the 8th grade will hold a Garage Sale which will be open to the public from 9am to 2pm.
- On Thursday, November 29th the annual Chanukah Shopping Spree will take place during the school day. Pease bring in your gently used items for our students to buy as gifts. Each gift will be $2.
- Bring in whatever you have and we will sort all the items!
- Vendor Discount Cards for 2012-2013 - $10 each in the main office.

The Green Team is selling environmentally friendly alternatives to plastic snack baggies. Snackaby products will be available for purchase at Back-to-School Night on 9/27. Please contact Joy Sussman with questions. |

AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT
