Lake Champlain Chocolates recently announced it has increased the shelf life of its filled bars: Caramel, Raspberry Truffle, Coffee Truffle and Rum Caramel to 6 months. Organic Truffles will be ready to ship April 18th and have a 90 day shelf life.
