 Welcome to the November 2010 edition of the Deer Park Dealer Newsletter. It officially marks the beginning of "that time of year", also known as the holiday shopping season! This is an important update! We have announcements pertaining to new products, policies and holiday operating schedule. Please take a moment and review the information in this newsletter.

| Crosley Revolution: Our New, Best-Selling Turntable! |
Since we introduced the Crosley CR6002A-BK Revolution Turntable in late September, it has quickly become our best-selling turntable. Please remember to showcase this turntable prominently, as it has been as "buzz-worthy" as any Crosley product launch we can remember. Many gadget blogs, YouTube reviewers and techie magazines have featured this product and our sales are increasing quickly. If you are stocking a retail store for the holiday sales period, we suggest a November order to ensure availability. Also, don't forget to showcase all of the turntable features, including its built-in FM transmitter and USB-encoding capability. The product overview video, available below, nicely showcases the features and benefits of this great new turntable.

| Deer Park "No Hassle" Warranty Extension in Effect through January 31, 2011 | |
Again this year, we are extending the terms of our return policies to cover any product purchased after November 1, 2010. We will accept returns for either repair or replacement, as well as refund credit, for any product purchased between November 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010 until January 31, 2011. This extension allows you to offer buyers the benefit of an "Holiday Return Policy". The policy extension is intended to provide your customers peace-of-mind in the event their holiday gifts arrive defective, damaged or they are returned by the recipient. It is also intended to encourage early holiday sales, so please advertise this with your customers. This "Holiday Extension" applies to both the "No Hassle" Deer Park warranty, as well as the non-defective or non-damaged product policy. As a reminder, all Crosley products sold by Deer Park are covered by Crosley's one-year manufacturers warranty as well. Please see our website for more information:

| Inventory Report Moving to Twice Per Week on November 8th, 2011 |
Our weekly inventory email, available to all dealers by request, is the best source for holiday stock condition. Next week, the inventory report will begin to be sent twice per week, to all subscribing dealers. If you do not already subscribe, consider subscribing now by emailing inventory@deerparkdist.com.
A number of our dealers sell either on Amazon.com or eBay, and both sites now closely monitor seller performance for product availability. If you choose to sell on either of these marketplaces, we suggest you remove any product we designate "Low Inventory" to prevent angry customers and negative feedback. We do our best to maintain adequate stock on over 100 Crosley items, but we can't sell what we don't have. Even if you chose to only enroll for the holiday sales period, you will get the most up-to-date information available. There are also a number of older products which have been discontinued and will be "Out of Stock" soon, so please subscribe to insure you have the most up to date inventory information. |
| Deer Park & UPS Holiday Operating Plans |
 Our operating plans for the holiday selling period are now set, and we can share our schedule with all of our customers. Our plans and hours are intended to provide you with the greatest flexibility for ground-based shipments. Our December newsletter will contain specific information on "Shipping Deadlines" for UPS ground and 3-day select shipments. Deer Park Holiday Hours and Schedule: Phones and email accounts are monitored each day between 8:30AM and 4:00PM Central Standard Time. Holiday Inventory Early Closing: We will close at 1:00PM, CST, on Friday, November 12th for physical inventory and holiday operating preparation. Please send all orders by Noon, CST, to ensure same-day shipment. Any order received after Noon CST will be processed on Monday, November 15th. Thanksgiving Holiday Operating Schedule: Deer Park will close at 1:00pm, CST, on Wednesday, November 24th and remain closed for both the Thanksgiving Holiday and Friday, November 26th. Orders received by Noon, CST, on November 24, will ship that day. We will reopen on Monday, November 29th. Christmas Holiday Operating Schedule: Deer Park will be open with normal operating hours through December 23rd, 2010. We will be closed December 24-26 for Christmas. We will re-open for business on Monday, December 27th with normal operating hours. New Year's Holiday Operating Schedule: Deer Park will be closed New Year's Eve, December 31 and reopen on Monday, January 3rd, 2011. Many of our holiday hours are set by the UPS peak-operating plans for the 2010 Holiday period. | Record Store of the Month: Sundog Books & Central Square Records |
 We've had some fun in the last few months highlighting press coverage or accomplishments from the independent record stores in our dealer network. This month, we salute Central Square Records. Central Square Records is a pioneer and a survivor. A Deer Park customer since 2003, we officially count them as our first "indie" Record Store. Central Square Records is located in Seaside, FL. They have survived a Gulf oil spill, a slow-down in tourism and Florida real-estate crash by providing an authentic vinyl experience to their customers.
