| Crosley Dealers: | Welcome to the 4th quarter! That means the holiday selling season can't be far off. October is the time to prepare for taking care of your customers and sales during this hectic time.

| The Revolution Has Arrived! |
 Last February, we gave our dealers a sneak-peek at the Crosley Revolution which made a "Big Splash" at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. In the months following the show, we've seen it prominently featured in a number of magazines, gadget blogs and consumer guides. We are pleased to announce the Revolutions have finally arrived and are available for purchase. In the week since it's arrival at Deer Park, it has quickly become our best selling turntable. We have thousands of units on order, and are hopeful we will be able to maintain good inventory levels throughout the holiday season. If you are stocking a retail store for the holiday, we urge you to order in October to ensure your supply. The Revolution Turntables are packaged four to a case, and can usually be shipped to either coast for less than $17.00 for all four. | Prepare for the 4th Quarter Rush Now |
 By the time you receive the next Deer Park Dealer Newsletter in early November, we will be in the midst of our peak holiday shipping season. Please take advantage of the month of October to ensure your holiday shipping is as stress-free as possible by following these easy steps:
1. Review your credit cards on file. If you have an upcoming expiration, please give us the new card soon. If you fear you are getting near your "daily limit" for transactions, we maintain multiple cards on file for many vendors. Just make sure you specify which card to use with specific orders.
2. Make sure you have uploaded our latest FTP file and updated your prices. Please check your records to ensure your website and items reflect the latest prices and availability. Also don't forget to add the new items on the list. If you would like another copy, or would like a copy of the FTP CD sent to you, please email sales@deerparkdist.com. The FTP CD has all product pictures, PDF manuals and the item spreadsheet with pricing.
3. Subscribe to our weekly inventory feed at inventory@deerparkdist.com. You can easily unsubscribe after the holiday season if you no longer need weekly updates. The feed is sent twice per week in November and December.
4. Plan your bulk-shipments in October. If you would like to fulfill some of your own orders, or have retail locations to stock, we have an opportunity for you. Please see details in this newsletter about Bulk Purchase Opportunities for dealers.
5. Route your orders properly. If you are sending an order, please ensure it goes to orders@deerparkdist.com. If you are faxing your PO, please fax it to 618-427-3088. | October Bulk-Purchase Opportunities for Dealers |
 We are pleased to announce we are expanding our "Bulk-Purchase" plans so the program may benefit more dealers. One of the factors driving our decision is just how inexpensive "LTL" or palletized freight rates have become due to the soft economy. Currently, we are able to ship a full pallet to either coast for less than $250.00, and the savings per item can be substantial. There are also no drop-ship fees assessed for any bulk-shipment.
To qualify for bulk rate pricing, your total order amount must be greater than $2,500.00 or fill-up at least one standard pallet. We piloted this program to a number of key dealers last year who purchased their "Top 5" items for the year and fulfilled their own orders during the holiday, or stocked their stores. Additional discounts are provided, but vary based on the items involved and the quantity purchased.
If you are interested in a "bulk-rate" purchase in October, please email sales@deerparkdist.com for a quote and details. Many of the "bulk-rate" discounts go away in the holiday selling period due to full-trucks and low inventories. Plan today for a successful season! |

| Warranty Updates and Canada Shipping | | As a reminder, UPS does not provide call-tag service for international shipments (this includes Canada). Therefore, the "No-Hassle" Deer Park warranty is not available outside of the United States. Deer Park will repair or exchange defective items shipped internationally for a period of 30 days after receipt, but will not pay any related shipping costs for the item's return to the Deer Park warehouse or back to the consumer or dealer. Please ensure your own return policies and warranty terms are in alignment with this policy.
