We receive a number of questions regularly at the office, and one of the most common is, how should I place my orders? We are very flexible on how we can receive orders, but all orders must meet a minimum standard for information and quality. Here is a quick update on the best way to make sure you receive your orders quickly and accurately:
1. Deer Park does not accept phone orders. We require either an email or fax. All email orders should be routed to
orders@deerparkdist.com. Fax orders should be sent to
618-427-3088. Email is preferred over fax.
2. Your email or fax should contain the FULL shipping address (with phone number) of the recipient, as well as the product code, color and quantity for order. All orders will be routed via UPS Ground service, unless specified otherwise in the order.
3. You are not required to utilize a PO, however they are helpful for tracking purposes and we will use the name of the recipient as a PO if none is attached.
4. If you maintain more than one credit card on file, you should specify which credit card to charge for product and shipping charges.
5. Attachments are fine, as long as they are PDF, MS Word or MS Excel. Text files are fine, as long as the information is easily extracted.
6. Multiple addresses and PO's in the same order are fine, as long as they are separated by different attachments or clearly defined within the text of the email.
7. You will receive an email with a daily sales total and tracking to the address you have provided us for those items. Sales receipts and tracking are usually sent by 5:00pm CST on the day of the order.
