Get Involved & Volunteer with the WFA
Power of the Purse Volunteer Roles
Office Volunteer Opportunities September brought three dedicated women volunteers to the Foundation office to help us on a regular basis. These talented women are helping organize the files, databases, committee notebooks, archives and more so that the Foundation can better serve the women and girls of our state AND position us for growth. Along with these volunteers, WFA is also now a service site for Mount St. Mary Academy's Junior Theology Service Program. As a site, two young women from the Junior Class will help WFA with its Girls of Promise Program each semester. We are proud to have these young women helping with our signature program for 8th grade girls around the state.
There are plenty of tasks to go around, so come on down if you're interested! Please click here to sign up. | |

The Way We Live Now
The Power of the Purse
By LISA BELKIN Published: New York Times, August 18, 2009
