Whatever it is you are working towards, be it
reacting less,
laughing more,
overcoming depression,
eating healthier,
triumphing over anxiety,
loving more,
regretting less,
replacing fearful thoughts with positive ones,
or being more present with others,
whatever the focus is for you right now in your life, take time daily to check in with yourself on where you are at. 5-15 minutes is really all you need. Those few minutes either in the morning before you start your day and become wife, mother, father, co worker, teacher, friend, etc. or at some point during the day, allow you to take inventory of what is going on around you and where you are in response to that. By taking this time for YOU, you are symbolically filling your cup and choosing to be in good health on every level. This one action of stopping to reflect allows you to remember what it is you are hoping for, what it is you are working to manifest, what it is you already are when you consciously choose to connect with your highest self.
As you move through the days of May, consider stopping each day to smell the flowers you previously planted the seeds for.
Remember to remember.
