Okay, so July's newsletter wasn't so simple, but I felt compelled to share information on the relationship between dyes in our foods and kids' hyperactivity and other illnesses. Thank you for the feedback received, and as a result, I will likely run again in the fall. On to simplicity!
Are you reading this summer?? Whether it is learning you crave, keeping current with local or national news or pure enjoyment (August is my month for fiction reading...), take time to read each day this month. Reading slows you down and can be a form of relaxation and inspiration if you allow it. Encourage your children to read 20 minutes a day so they, too, take the time to learn and relax at the same time. Set the stage, grab a favorite drink and/or snack, pick your favorite spot and read and relax away!
