In January, the content of my newsletter focused on visualizing the end zone you wanted to create for yourself this year. It began with the Miracle Question: If you woke up tomorrow and everything was exactly the way you wanted it to be, what would that look like and how would you take the steps to get there?
So, where are you at with regard to YOUR end zone?
This newsletter serves as a reminder that it takes daily steps, one in front of the other, to arrive at where you want to be. Those steps may look like:
- Courses that result in a degree
- Classes that allow you to accumulate enough knowledge to go out and serve others
- Engaging in conversation in order to make deeper connections with others
- Daily breathing and relaxation in order to feel much, much calmer and peaceful inside yourself
- Exercising and eating well in order to feel more in balance
- Speaking your truth in order to feel that you matter and are worthy of respect
What are the steps you have taken? Where do you find yourself now? What are the steps you need to take from here? Maybe some of you are able to see that end zone in sight already.
In Manifest Your Destiny, Wayne Dyer writes, "Examine your thoughts carefully. See if your thoughts are totally congruent with your actions. To say you believe in your ability to have a healthy body but to practice eating in unhealthy ways dissolves trust in yourself. Congruent thoughts, emotions and behavior are strong indicators of your self-trust. And keep in mind that when you trust in yourself, you are trusting in God at the same time."
If and when you feel that obstacles are in your path, remind yourself that that just may be the Universe calling you out on your commitment to yourself- How serious are you about this? Are your thoughts and actions in alignment? Simultaneously, have you noticed any synchronicities occurring since you declared your intention to make something happen? Have doors or windows opened for you? Have you had conversations with people you never thought you would have?
Pay attention to these signs. It proves that you are heard, you are supported, and you are encouraged to make YOUR personal dreams come true. The rest is up to you.
Happy May!
Jill
