Newsletter - May 2012

Greetings!

It's been a very busy month at Trainspotters, with all hands on deck preparing for the opening of our London pop-up shop in Spitalfields.
All went well and we opened last Friday to a steady flow of customers old and new.

We're here until this Sunday (13th), open every day 11am - 7pm, so do pop in to see us if you're in the area. We have some lights available to take away.

We have examples of most of our stock on display, including our beautiful new Holophane pendant lights salvaged from the Concorde hangar at Heathrow as well as a run of English industrial Holophane pendants.

Concorde hangar lights

One of the most exciting runs of lighting we've had to date. These beautiful 1960's lights by Holophane have been salvaged from one of the Concorde hangars at Heathrow airport, recently demolished. A polished steel and aluminium framework with thick Holophane primatic glass shade. Fully refurbished and ready to go.

A Recent Project ....

Pizza Express, Hong Kong

Pizza Express commissioned our giant Czech down lighters in a bespoke RAL blue for their latest Hong Kong eatery. They also used a number of our black Dunlop lights. We are able to offer bespoke RAL's on a lot of our lighting although a minimum quantity applies. Please enquire if interested.
