Herbal Product of the Month
Four Gentlemen Teapills (Si Jun Zi Tang Wan)
With all eyes on the Olympics, we thought we'd spotlight an herbal formula which supports the wear and tear of the athletes who push their bodies to extreme performance levels. Four Gentlemen Teapills is designed to counteract the physical and emotional effect of this busy lifestyle and high metabolic demand. According to herbal classics, this formula consists of four mild natured herbs which blend together to tonify qi. In modern terms it strengthens the body's physiological functions involved in creating increased energy while zoning in on mental focus.
To see if Four Gentlemen (Si Jun Zi Tang Wan) is right for you, call PIHMA's clinic today at (602) 274-1885 for an herbal consultation. Because everyone is different herbal products are sold only after consultation with an herbal intern.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Relaxation Program
Mindfulness is paying attention moment by moment on purpose and without judgement to our body, mind, emotions, beliefs and attitudes. We are then able to more fully connect with ourselves and the world around us. Making that connection is what reverses the disconnect of being stuck in the stress cycle and allows for:
- Increased physical, mental, emotional health and feeling of well-being.
- Increased relaxed attention skills necessary for entering the Peak Performance experience in all aspects of life.
- Experiencing life more deeply.
Wednesdays 6:30-9:00pm
September 19th through November 14th plus Sunday, November 4th 9:00am-3:00pm at PIHMA College & Clinic This class is approved for 30 CE by the Arizona Acupuncture Board of Examiners.
