RGL Expands Services to Include Organization Effectiveness and Change Management. Rich&Dave

It is with great pleasure that I announce the expansion of RGL Consultants' services; forming a department focused on providing Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management initiatives to
clients wishing to optimize the alignment of human capital and organizational performance.    This new department will be managed by David A. Slivinski (pictured from L to R, Rich Lehr and David Slivinski).  David joined RGL Consultants over 4 years ago and has been a valuable asset to our organization.

David holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a second Masters Degree in Management and Organizational Development.   David has over 15 years of practical management experience, working within environments that have undergone significant organizational transformation and change, to compliment his academic credentials.

Given the current economic environment, organizations of all sizes are facing rapid changes, conflicting priorities, and the pressure for efficiency and cost effective results.  The job of leading organizational evolution has never been more demanding or important.  Organizational success, and in some instances survival, is dependent on having the right people in the right jobs along with a LEADER capable of setting the right course, making the best decisions and inspiring optimal performance.

RGL Consultants, with Dave Slivinski's guidance, can assist you to efficiently identify leaders and potential leaders and design a process to evaluate and identify development needs of individuals throughout your organization.  We are also prepared to introduce and facilitate a customized change management initiative to drive desired cultural changes brought about by competitive economic pressure.
Employee Handbooks...An Effective Tool to Ensure Legal Compliance and to Document Performance Expections. Employee Handbook2

There is no mandate that your organization MUST have an Employee Handbook; however, a number of State and Federal laws and regulations dictate that employees must be provided detailed written descriptions regarding many work rules, policies, and procedures.

Having a well written, up-to-date Employee Handbook provides your organization with a logical and consistent mechanism to ensure compliance with these various legal requirements, as well as a mechanism for communicating and documenting expectations that you have of your employees, and what your employees can expect from you.  Clear expectations by all parties reduces the risk of misunderstandings and increases the likelihood of a mutually rewarding employment relationship.

If your Employee Handbook is over 2 years old and hasn't been up-dated, it most likely does not reflect all of the recent legislative changes that have occurred.  It has been said (and unfortunately proven in court cases) that not having a well crafted Employee Handbook is very risky for an employer; having an Employee Handbook that is out-dated might be worse.

Contact RGL Consultants today to arrange for a review of your Employee Handbook or a no-obligation quote to develop or up-date your Handbook.
