New Study Shows Small Businesses
 Pay More For Lawsuits
Dear    ,

If you're a small business owner, YOU pay more than your share of lawsuits!

And your share of the tab is increasing!

A recent ILR study reveals that small businesses bear an extraordinary tort liability cost burden, revealing that in 2008, the tort liability price tag for small businesses in the U.S. was $105.4 billion!  Over the past 15 years, 64% of all net new jobs in the US were created by small businesses.

Considering our current economic conditions, our small business owners don't need anything else to overcome. The same study shows that, while your
margins are decreasing and you try to keep your employees, your costs for lawsuits will increase.
