This year, Burleson firefighters and police officers will face off in a game of kickball on Saturday, Dec. 11, at noon at the softball field at Burleson High School. Admission is one unwrapped toy for Heart For the Kids. The game is hosted by the Burleson Professional Fire Fighters Association Local #4025 and Burleson Police Officers Association. The wish list from Heart For The Kids includes bicycles, scooters and toys for children, newborn to 17. Heart For The Kids will distribute the donated items to families the week of Dec. 13.

The camp is seven days, Dec. 20-22 and Dec. 27-30, 7 a.m.-6 p.m. The fun is geared toward ages 6-12. Campers will participate in group games, arts and crafts, swimming, rock climbing, team building events and more. The cost is $115 for individual BRiCk members and $100 for each additional family member or $130 for individual non-members and $115 for each additional family member.
