Alarm system payments go to Irving

PMAM Corporation, a company that specializes in managing municipal alarm tracking and billing systems, is administering the City's alarm permit program. The renewal bill you receive will have a return address for a post office box in Irving. Annual renewal fees for homes are $50 and businesses are $100. However, if a registered alarm location does not have any false alarms within a 12-month period (calculated from the date of the initial registration), that location will be assessed a renewal fee that is $25 less than the $50 or $100 set forth in the ordinance. So you get a break if you have no false alarms! If  you have questions, the PMAM number, 1-877-754-1862,  is not long distance. The City requires all active alarm systems within the city limits to have a permit with the city. Read more
