Renfro construction should end Aug. 23
If you travel Renfro Street often, there is an end in sight - Aug. 23 - for the construction. Renfro Street - between Clover Lane and Silver Ridge Court - closed for construction Aug. 9. Two-way traffic is being maintained on Renfro by detouring southbound traffic to one of the two northbound lanes. Southwest Brushy Mound and Cliffside Drive, at Renfro, are also closed until Aug. 23. The residents on these streets are being detoured to Summercrest Boulevard to utilize the new traffic signal at Alsbury Boulevard. This is not a total reconstruction. The City is replacing numerous concrete panels with new concrete in Northwest Renfro in various locations between Downwood and Southwest Alsbury Boulevard. The work is routine maintenance to keep the infrastructure in good drivable condition. |
