Dunes Securities Corporation (DSC) currently has listings on 23 Inn rooms and 2 ocean suites (see attached list). The most recent sales were Inn units with selling prices of $41,000 and $48,000 respectfully, and based on the projected cash on cash return reflected in the budget presented to owners by the resort managers (see attached copy of budget), it appears the most recent buyers want at least a cash on cash return of between 3% to 4%.  Of course, such a return does not factor into the benefit of the usage plan or simply enjoying Hilton Head Island and what it has to offer.

Because we want to keep you informed about our listings, we respectfully request everyone's email address to allow us to send you a monthly listing of available units and information on sales during the preceding month. Please be assured we do not disclose non-public information.
