I understand the philosophy of starting too low and educating my buyer on how to purchase property by making a reasonable first offer. The problem is that these purchasers have been preconditioned by the news that they should be rewarded in this current real estate market. This is the "Principle of Cause and Effect" at work and as the economy firms up, negotiation will lessen.
