Julie Mariotte has joined our team. Julie has been offered an excellent position in rental management and she has asked for us to handle the full time marketing of your property. Essentially we will be working together with Julie as a selling team to get your property sold. Who are we? I have been a realtor and broker on Hilton Head Island for now 25 years. I started with Dunes Marketing Group in the mid 1980's and have always prided myself on complete service. Today 100% of my business is referrals from my client base. My licensed assistant, Jane Hyers and I have now worked together for 5 years running and she provides the customer attention and detail that have made us a very dynamic team. Last year and the two years prior we were the Top Agent(closed sales and listings) with Dunes Marketing Group.
