Today we have lunch (sandwiches and pinwheels) at #19 Pelican in North Forest Beach.  This wonderful 6 bedroom home has never been on the rental market and was built in 2006.  It is truly awesome.

 

As well, after lunch pop into #6 Robin for a cookie from fresh market.  This 3rd row beach house is delightful, be sure to check out the downstairs shower and garage.

Lunch will be served from 11 am - ?  We will also have our $200 guess the selling price contest at each home.
